Less than 3 days from the beginning of the Karmapa event in Grenoble, this short teaching on mindfulness concerns us all, all those who will participate, whether as an auditor, or among the 250 volunteers involved! Enjoy !

When you have mindfulness, then whatever you want to achieve—for example if you want to construct something—you will make sure that the construction is perfect. If you do not have mindfulness, even though you may want to achieve something amazing, you may miss something crucial, so if there is an obstacle it may collapse. With mindfulness, everything is protected. There is no room for error, so that no matter what, whether there is an earthquake or some other obstacle in life, the foundation and building stands firm.
